Bianca Yu is the front line of communication between Julie and her clients, helping Team Wyss redefine the standard for real estate excellence. As a second-generation Realtor®, Bianca grew up in the industry and has been cultivating long-lasting relationships since early in her career. Her natural ability to make clients feel special is a result of her sincere enjoyment for providing the ultimate real estate experience.
As Julie Wyss’s daughter, Bianca has worked alongside Julie to develop steadfast relationships with valued vendors and agents throughout Silicon Valley, resulting in a robust network of skilled professionals she can put to work for her clients. Through her partnership with Julie, Bianca has been intimately involved with over 200 real estate listings and sales, participating in every aspect of each transaction and meticulously managing vendors to help bring homes to market at their full potential. Experienced in negotiation, marketing, management, and customer service, Bianca has acquired more high-level experience in all aspects of selling homes than most of her peers, many of whom are chronologically well beyond her years. She has also learned to intuitively see which aspects of each property need to change to bring about a return on her clients’ investments, and she has the skills to get it done.
Whether selling a house, purchasing a first home, searching for an investment property, or looking for a second home, Bianca knows that each real estate transaction is a potentially life-changing step for her clients.
Bianca’s connection to the Bay Area community runs deep. Formerly a West Valley Gymnastics coach, Leigh High School cheer coach, and alumni of the San Jose State University cheer team, she holds a degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Business from SJSU.
