We have recently bought a home with Julie. It was not the first time we bought houses but we found the market was moving very fast. Julie advised us against making bad choices. At the same time she helped us to move fast when needed. Julie is also supported by a team of capable people. We were very happy with work done by them in the process of buying the house. Specifically, when we made a bad choice of bank and our loan approval we delayed, Julie introduced us to another bank which was able to expedite the loan. Down to impact, things I would have to face/deal with, and time frame of each and every event throughout the process. She understood our situation, concerns, and feelings (yes feelings), and made sure they were taken care of. The home buying process as we all know it is an emotional roller coaster. Going through this process for the 3rd time was probably the most challenging altogether. Despite all the new apps and web tools that are designed to make your search more efficient, we learned the hard way that most important resource of all is having the right real-estate agent. Julie Wyss was by far the most complete and well-rounded agent that we have worked with to date and I would refer her to any of my closest friends or family without hesitation. Bought our place in Dec of 2010 and got hosed by the lender we went with. Then we checked in with Julie and she was able to refinance us into a lower rate with minimal fees. Very satisfied with her services.
